Essential Job Functions:

·      Call customers regarding their consumer credit accounts to create payment solutions that are appropriate for their unique financial situations.  

·      Take the lead on evaluating the customer’s account while expertly balancing the customer’s needs with Fresh View Solution’s Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.  

·      Use critical thinking and problem solving skills to overcome obstacles to successfully solidify payment commitments. 

·      Create superior customer experiences on every call. 

·      Effectively utilize multiple skip tracing tools and resources to locate the Right Party Contact (Customer) associated with the account.

·      Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern third party collections (i.e. FDCPA). 

·      Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

·      Regular and predictable attendance

Qualifications:

·      High school diploma/GED.

·      1 years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer sales oriented contact center environment.

·      Impeccable interpersonal and relationship building skills

·      Superior problem solving and negotiation skills

·      Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive customer experience during difficult calls

·      Results oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency and curiosity.

·      Fundamental financial understanding.

·      Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies.

·      Bilingual English/Spanish (if applicable)
