Key Skills: Rockwell SCADA, ROCKWELL HMI, ROCKWELL PLC.

Description & Skill Requirement:

\n
• Provide support for installation, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting for various control and automation projects.
\n
• Design Control System Architecture (CSA).
\n
• Design electrical & control panel layout, control schematic drawings and Bill of Material (BOM).
\n
• Design, review and perform safety validation, safety maps, IQ/OQ, documents for new equipment installation at site.
\n
• Review vendor & engineering documents as per project requirement.
\n
• Provide support for PLC and HMI programming.
\n
• Development and Modification of PLC program.
\n
• Development of SCADA project as per customer needs.
\n
• Integration of Equipment system in the Plant.
\n
• Support Operation team for existing system.
\n
• Work with Project/Engineering team for new system.
\n
• Design feasibility study design basis document and detail engineering technical documents Cable schedule, Device List/ Tag List for new equipment / machine.
\n
• Understand the electrical drawings, P&IDs.
\n
• Perform Yellow lining, IQOQ, troubleshoot electrical circuits.
\n
• Understand the existing control system and provide support to reduce the current losses.
\n
• Design control study / URD (User Required Document) for the PLC & HMI programming.
\n
• Understand and Integrate Different systems in the plant.
\n
• Help the team understand the cause of loss based on historical data.
\n
• Design and review technical documents, such as engineering information, for the fabricator/contractor 's activities to be performed in sequence at the site for site clearance and new installation.
\n
• Deliver complex, large-scale projects on time and within the budget in compliance with NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, S88, and PackML Standards.
\n
• Perform multi-discipline and vendor co-ordination for new equipment installation.
\n

• PLC & HMI Programming: Rockwell Software - Studio5000 & RSLogix5000, FTView Machine Edition and Site Edition, Connected Component Workbench

• Wonderware, Archestra
\n
• FT Batch
\n
• Plant PAX, PackML, PackTag, Upack & OPERA Programming's standards
\n
• Control Hardware: Rockwell PLCs e.g. GuardLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC500, MicroLogix, PLC5, Panel View Plus HMIs, Point I/O, Power Flex 520, 750 Series VFDs, Power Flex 7 Class, Power Flex 4 Class.
