Now Hiring: Repair Technician - 2nd Shift

Pay: $25 - $30/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM

What You'll Do

Repair and maintain production equipment, including sewing machines and ultrasonic welders

Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, greasing, and inspecting equipment

Replace blades and components on sewing machines

Calibrate and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance

Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

Work in a clean-room environment while following proper gowning procedures

Accurately document maintenance, repairs, and corrective actions

Help minimize downtime and support continuous production operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures
• Comfortable working in a clean-room environment
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work independently
• Strong documentation and communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
