Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SnapLogic Integration Expert/Developer with deep hands-on expertise designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise integrations using the SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (IIP) .

This is a core SnapLogic development role , not an SAP functional position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building complex SnapLogic pipelines, working with APIs and multiple data formats/sources, troubleshooting performance issues, and developing scalable integration solutions. Some experience integrating with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support SnapLogic integration pipelines
• Build complex integrations using SnapLogic Snaps, Ultra Tasks, Tasks, and reusable/child pipelines
• Develop integrations across REST/SOAP APIs, databases, flat files, SFTP, JSON, XML, CSV, and cloud applications
• Configure and manage REST, SOAP, JDBC, File, SFTP and other Snap Packs
• Implement transformations, mappings, lookups, joins, routing, error handling, and data validation
• Design parent/child pipelines and reusable integration components
• Troubleshoot failed pipelines and identify root causes using SnapLogic monitoring and execution statistics
• Optimize pipelines for high-volume data processing, performance, scalability, memory utilization, and parallel processing
• Implement effective batching, streaming, bulk processing, and error-handling strategies
• Develop and consume REST APIs and work with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0
• Work with Snaplex architecture , including Cloudplex/Groundplex environments
• Support scheduling, monitoring, logging, alerts, deployment, and production support
• Participate in code reviews and establish SnapLogic development standards and best practices
• Work with SAP and technical teams on integrations involving SAP ECC/S/4HANA
• Produce technical specifications, mappings, interface documentation, and support UAT/deployment activities

Required Experience

• 10 years of integration development experience
• 13+ years of strong hands-on SnapLogic development experience
• Expert-level knowledge of SnapLogic pipelines, Snaps, Snap Packs, Tasks and Pipeline Execute
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and API-based integration
• Strong experience with JSON, XML, CSV, SQL and relational databases
• Experience with SFTP/File-based integrations
• Strong understanding of data transformation and mapping
• Experience designing complex, high-volume enterprise integrations
• Strong SnapLogic performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
• Experience implementing robust error handling, retry, logging and monitoring
• Understanding of Snaplex architecture and execution
• Experience with Git/version control and CI/CD practices is preferred

SAP Experience – Preferred, Not the Primary Focus

• Experience integrating SnapLogic with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of common SAP integration methods such as OData, REST APIs, IDocs, BAPIs/RFCs or files
• Experience supporting ECC → S/4HANA migration/integration projects is highly desirable
• General familiarity with SAP business data and integration patterns

Ideal Candidate

We are specifically looking for a SnapLogic specialist who has worked with SAP , rather than an SAP consultant who has limited exposure to SnapLogic.

The successful candidate should be comfortable answering detailed technical questions around pipeline architecture, expressions, transformations, API integration, Snaplex, error handling, large-file processing, performance optimization, parent/child pipelines and production troubleshooting .
