Are you an experienced finance executive with a background in multi-location businesses? Are you looking for an opportunity to influence financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth?

We are seeking an entreprenurial minded SVP of Finance & Accounting/CFO Level Professional to lead the finance function of an established, multi-location/state consumer services organization based in Milwaukee, WI .

Your responsibilities :

• Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, improve profitability, and support business growth.
\n
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, and internal controls across the division.
\n
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance analysis.
\n
• Evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
\n
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on financial governance, risk management, and business priorities.
\n
• Lead and develop finance teams, driving accountability, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
\n

Your qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
\n
• 12+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
\n
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience , including oversight of financial operations, operational performance, and strategic business partnering.
\n
• Strong background in multi-unit or multi-location businesses , ideally within hospitality, retail, entertainment, or consumer services.
\n
• Experience leading finance functions within a larger corporate or publicly traded organization.
\n
• Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, US GAAP, capital planning, and executive business partnering.
\n
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in the Greater Milwaukee area.
\n
