• Diagnose issues with household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and costs.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to appliances.
